Recognizes it sometimes, but...
|
| |
I have recently sent an email which said, and I quote: "The attached
powerpoint..."
Just wondering if the "powerpoint" part was not recognized as a
document.

Please enable us to define more words and more languages
|

Hey
it's really a great gadget, but many people use other languages, and
sometimes use different words to suggest an attachment, please enable
us to define the words that yield a warning, and use different
languages.
on a more egocentric note, the hebrew words are:

Request: ability to add words to the "remind-if-used-list"
|
| |
I bet a lot of people want to utilize this very handy add-on in their
own language. I for example would like to be reminded if the body
contains the Dutch word "Bijlage".
Maybe you could add an option to add strings to the remind-list.
Thanks anyway!
God Bless You ;)

Just doesn't work
|
| |
As a test I wrote a message with the subject "Attached" that says:
I have an attachment attached.
-DH
attachment
Needless to say, it didn't work.

Attaching more than one file
|
| |
Yahoo allows you to highlight multiple files at once when attaching.
Gmail forces you to go back and forth each time reentering the
attachment window to do the same task. No wonder Yahoo email gets
better reviews. Stupid.

wording variations
|
| |
What others seem to be requesting here is true for me too - support
for variations of "attachment". The reminder only works with "I have
attached" or "attaching". But if I type "Attached you will find" it
doesn't work.
Sounds like a simple fix to me and you'll make a lot of attachers
happy. :)... more »

Bug in Forgotten attachment
|
| |
"Forgotten attachment reminder" only works when the phrase "I have
attached ..." appears in the e-mail text. This does not work when you
write it in a different way like "Please find the attachment ..."
|
|
Didn't work for me
|
| |
I sent an e-mail on November 17 containing the phrase: "my attached
résumé" and forgot to attach anything, but this feature did not alert
me.
