Problem with VSFTPD on Fedora

Hi everyone!

I am trying to make my Fedora system an FTP server. The data lies on NTFS partition, i.e., one created on Windows. But its not accessible via the ftp user whereas it works for any data lying anywhere on my fedora (Ext4) partition. I tried to follow these two links but none worked.
