Internet on Mobile

I need to use internet on my mobile using the ICS of my fedora laptop via bluetooth PAN. Can anyone help me? I tried a lot of stuff but nothing worked.

i need to know a very few things, you want to connect internet through laptop on your mobile?
or on laptop through mobile?

through  laptop (having internet connection )  on my  mobile using bluetooth
