Can you try to add a manifest to glue as described here:

It's damn difficult to find this problem: I develop and test GLUEscript
on Windows XP (32-bit) and Ubuntu (64-bit) and I don't have this
problem. The binaries in the bin package are build as 32 bit
applications. Is there someone who can try to build GLUEscript on Vista
64 bit?

I have tracing gluescript with ollydebug

Error come from wxmsw28u_core_vc_custom.dll

I investigate more later
