Search engine friendly url's

I've read on the project wiki that I can make the urls search engine
frienldy by changing from the folder /inc , file config.inc.php :
$sys['is_mod_rewrite'] = 1; to 1 ..i've done this, the links are
changed...but whenever you click something the term doesnt
appears...On the index, whatever you click it just doesn't loads
anything, it stays on that page, like the url doesn't exists....
What could it be the problem ?

Can't say something... urls should look like:
/glossword/index.php/viewpage/2.xhtml

Ok...so it's corect what i've done $sys['is_mod_rewrite'] to 1.
I've also changed $sys['pages_link_mode'] to GW_PAGE_LINK_NAME .
I don't have to do anything that my content to be shown,right ?
And now my link has this form : /index.php/list/Anatomie/1.xhtml
And no page is loading....
If the mod_rewrite is on no page is loading....maybe now you have an
ideea about the problem :(

I am very sad that mod url rewrite doesn't work..it s very important
for me

I've visited you site, it seems to me there is something wrong with
reading incoming parameters when SEF mode is enabled.

Please follow System settings -> Maintenance -> Send a message to
Glossword Support Team
Check option "Attach the system information in order to get the most
proper response".
