Please try version 1.8.11 that I've send you recently.

Online demo version has been successfully updated to 1.8.11, just like
installation on my local computer.

Да-а-а... тяжелый случай. :-)
PHP4 не поддерживается даже разработчиками PHP. Мной - тем более.

На каком софте магазин? Дайте ссылку. Может что-то подскажу.

Не верная кодировка старницы

Установил версию 1.7 т.к. последняя версия не встала на PHP4. На PHP 5
не могу перейти т.к. перестает работать интернет магазин.

Yes, you are right. The fields "Receive system events" and "Sender" are
empty. What are those fields for?

See dictionary settings. Dictionaries -> Browse -> (Dictionary name)
Edit -> Page options

Follow System settings -> Edit, field "Contact name"
