MARKETS
Asian Market is trading mixed as Hang Seng was down by 0.29% while Nikkei 225 was up by 0.06% and Chinese markets were up by 0.03%. Asian stocks snapped a five-day decline and oil advanced as investors awaited details of a European Central Bank plan to stem the region’s debt crisis. The Australian dollar strengthened after the nation’s jobless rate unexpectedly fell. Overnight U.S. markets were down by 0.09%. SGX Nifty at 8:00AM was trading at 5235 with a loss of 11points.

EQUITY MOVERS:
* Dalmia Bharat Enterprises Ltd.: The cement and power company will buy 5.5 million shares of Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd.
for 19.5 rupees apiece, the company said in a statement to stock exchanges.
