* ABAN OFFSHORE: Gets extension to redeem share coupons worth 610 mln rupees, issued in 2006, for another three years.
* ADVIK LABORATORIES: Omkam Pharmaceuticals' open offer for 2.4 mln shares of company will start on Aug 8 and end on Aug 23.

* CCL PRODUCTS ( INDIA ): Investor Ian Breminer and person acting in concert, Breminer.M, have sold 600,000 shares, or 4.51% stake, in the company.

* COAL INDIA: Has advanced its meet to Jul 5 to discuss changes proposed by the Prime Minister's Office in the fuel supply agreements with power firms.

* DB CORP: Nalanda India Equity Fund buys 2 mln shares of the company from Reliance Life Insurance and Reliance Mutual Fund via an bulk deal on NSE at 200 rupees each.

* FEDERAL BANK: Has lost 7.5 mln rupees to frauds at ATMs in Punjab .

* GATEWAY DISTRIPARKS: Morgan Stanley Asia ( Singapore ) buys 950,000 shares of company via a bulk deal on BSE Tuesday, at 131 rupees each.

* GODREJ PROPERTIES: Has launched a premium residential project at Chembur in Mumbai.

* HCL INFOSYSTEMS: Board has approved transfer of the company's computing products manufacturing and channel businesses.

* HDFC BANK: Has signed a memorandum of understanding with CAMSON BIOTECHNOLOGIES to utilise the latter's 2,600 dealers as business correspondents.

* HINDUSTAN UNILEVER: Is setting up a facility to produce deodorants in India .

* JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES: Aditya Birla Group has shown interest in the company's Gujarat cement facility and a deal may be announced in 10-15 days.

* KINGFISHER AIRLINES: Lessors have taken back 34 aircraft of the company for non-payment of rentals.

* KPIT CUMMINS INFOSYSTEMS: Has raised investment limit of foreign institutional investors in equity shares and convertible debentures to 49% of its paid-up capital.

* L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS: Arm L&T Finance plans to raise 2 bln rupees via NCDs, with an option to retain over subscription of up to another 2 bln rupees.

* MINDTREE: Expects revenue in the current financial year to rise by only 14% compared with 27% a year ago.

* OMAXE: IFCI releases pledge on 3.67 mln shares of Omaxe.

* ORISSA SPONGE IRON & STEEL: Bhushan Energy Ltd's open offer for 26% stake in Orissa Sponge Iron & Steel will open on Thursday and close on Jul 17.

* PETRONET LNG: Will operate its upcoming 5-mln-tn Kochi terminal at just 20% capacity for a year due to delay in the commissioning of the supply pipeline.

* REDINGTON ( INDIA ): A wholly owned subsidiary of the company has bought a 230,000-sq-ft property in Chennai.

* SHOPPERS STOP: Reliance Capital Trustee Co has bought 1.98 mln additional shares or 2.4% stake of the company.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA : And its associate banks accounted for over 21.9% of the aggregate deposits in the banking industry as on Dec 30. Chairman said the RBI's measures on improving foreign inflows are short- term in nature, while India requires equity and foreign investment for long- term growth.

* TATA STEEL: Europe arm may put on hold its plans of relighting a blast furnace at Port Talbot in the UK . TATA STEEL and JSW STEEL may agree to pay $225 a tn for a prime coking coal contract for Jul-Sep--a rate 9% higher than the prevailing price.

* TATA SONS: Has bought 1.2 mln additional shares of Tata Motors on Jun 25 and Jun 26 for 298.90 mln rupees.

* UCO BANK: Needs around 140 bln rupees over the next five years to meet the new Basel-III capital norms and has decided to reduce its foreign presence and lend more to retail and small and medium enterprises.
