Spectrum pricing
Telecom stocks will be in focus as the Cabinet will take up on the on the contentious spectrum pricing issue today. The DoT proposes to ask companies whose licenses have not been impacted to also pay market determined price for 2G spectrum currently held.
The KFA crisis continues - talks between KFA management and employees fail.
Sources indicated that employees have asked the management to respond on outstanding salary dues in 2-3 days. Meanwhile KFA's promoter holding dip to record low of 35.86%.

Green signal for Australia project
GVK’s USD 10 billion alpha coal project in Australia is finally set to get the green signal. During her short India visit, Australian mining magnate and minority stakeholder, Georgina Rine-Hart expressed confidence in the project. She said the environmental nod from the Australian government is expected by August.
It is learnt that GVK has plans to raise about $600-650 million (Rs 3,300-3,500 crore) through the sale. GVK Airport Holdings operates the Mumbai and Bangalore airports.
Hike in tyre prices
JK Tyre has raised commercial vehicle tyre prices by 1% from July 1.
