MARKETS
Asian Market is trading mixed as Hang Seng was down by 0.05% while Nikkei 225 was up by 0.63% and Chinese markets were down by 0.01%.
Asian shares gained the most in more than a week, while oil and metals climbed, as orders for U.S. durable goods topped estimates and
business confidence increased in South Korea and Australia. The yen gained against most peers. Overnight U.S. markets were down by 0.10%.
SGX Nifty at 8:00AM was trading at 6071 with a loss of 04 points.
Stocks to watch today: Hindalco & Sterlite as global miners have agreed to raise the treatment and refining charges ( Tc/ Rc) by 10 per cent for the January-March quarter. This sets the benchmark for Hindalco Industries and Sterlite Industries, to get higher realisation for converting copper concentrate into virgin finished products like cathodes.

Asian stocks fell from a 17-month high after Japanese industrial output missed estimates, the U.S. economy unexpectedly shrank and
Nintendo Co. predicted a loss. Metals slid, the won weakened and Asian bond risk rose. Overnight U.S. markets were down by 0.32%.

Asian Market is trading lower as Hang Seng was up by 0.54% while Nikkei 225 was up by 0.48% and Chinese markets were up by 0.44%.
Asia’s benchmark stock index rose to the highest level in 18 months as U.S. payrolls expanded and China services industries grew at the
fastest pace since August, adding to optimism in the global economic recovery. Overnight U.S. markets were up by 1.08%. SGX Nifty
at 8:00AM was trading at 6055 with a loss of 05 points.
