Mid - Quarter Monetary Policy 2012-13

Growth figures (GDP) are at a 9 year low and IIP data is at 0.1 %. There is a need for cheaper money to accelerate the economic & investment activities. Therefore, we expect RBI to ease Repo rate & CRR by 50bps on Monday, June 18, 2012.
