* ANANT RAJ INDUSTRIES: Has posted Apr-Jun consol net profit of 355.1 mln rupees and total income of 988.8 mln rupees.

* ANSAL PROPERTIES: Had posted Apr-Jun consolidated net profit at 148.1 mln rupees and net sales of 2.4 bln rupees.

* BAJAJ AUTO: Will add nine sport bike outlets by the end of the month. The company has launched the 2012 edition of Kawasaki Ninja 650 priced at 500,000 rupees ex-showroom Delhi .

* BARODA EXTRUSION: Has approved a 10-for-1 stock split.

* DLF: Is likely to have sealed Mumbai's NTC Mill land sale deal with the Lodha group. The deal is expected to be worth over 25 bln rupees. Is in the process of buying land in Ludhiana and Jalandhar in Punjab .

* EICHER MOTORS: Has posted a consolidated net profit of 759.6 mln rupees for Apr-Jun and net sales of 15.7 bln rupees.

* GUJARAT STATE PETRONET: Has posted a net profit of 1.25 bln rupees for Apr-Jun and net sales of 2.67 bln rupees.

* HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM: Loss more than trebled to 92.48 bln rupees in Apr-Jun mainly due to non-receipt of subsidy.

* WELSPUN INDIA: Has posted a consolidated net profit of 376.9 mln rupees for Apr-Jun against 181.6 mln rupees a year ago.
