Dear Sir/Madam,
Voltas Ltd announced its Q1 FY13 results on 01 Aug 2012. The company’s Consolidated Net Sales increased by 20% YOY to INR1617 crore and EBITDA decreased by 14% YOY to INR94 crore. EBITDA Margin of the company declined from 8.1% to 5.8% YOY. PBT of the company before EO came flat at INR109 crore. PAT incl EO decreased by 40% YOY to INR79 crore. We remain Neutral to the stock at the current level.
