* BILCARE: Has signed pact with United Drug Plc to sell its global clinical supplies businesses in the US and UK for $61 mln.
* BPL: Plans a comeback into the communications business with a 400-mln-rupee investment in the handset market.

The company and partner BP have raised the estimate of recoverable gas reserves from the KG-D6 block to 5 trln cubic feet. BP is preparing to invest $4-$5 bln in the block over the next few years.
