* TATA STEEL: Moody's Investors Service has revised the outlook on the company's Ba3 credit rating to negative from stable and also cut the rating of its European arm Tata Steel UK Holdings to B3 from B2 while maintaining the negative outlook.
* TD POWER SYSTEMS: Has posted Apr-Jun consolidated net profit at 144.93 mln rupees, and total income at 1.53 bln rupees.
* UNITED BREWERIES (HOLDINGS): Has posted Apr-Jun net profit at 13.2 mln rupees as against 18.8 mln rupees a year ago.
