Fastest Shipping Online Eyeglass Seller & More Affordable Crizal Avance or Similar?

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting here but i've already read
many posts here!

My prescription is OD: -4.00 -0.75 130 OS: -4.00 -0.50 160

So, my question has two parts:

(1) Speed

Where is the best/most reputable site where I can order glasses and
have them in my hands by this Thursday, or at worst, this Friday? In
other words, which sites can get it manufactured fast and offer
special shipping options for fast delivery?

The reason is that my 5-year high school reunion is on Friday night
and I would rather not go there with my current 7-year-old pair of
glasses which has a slight crack in it!

(2) Lens Material & Coating Quality

Of all the sites, which one generally uses above-average quality lens
material & anti-reflective coating, for the best price? I'm aware that
FramesDirect offers the 1.67 index material with Crizal Avance w/
Scotchguard, but I was hoping there might be somewhere else which
could provide something similar for a lower price, since this
combination alone almost runs the lens price up to $220 by itself
(although I realize that Crizal is top of the line, so naturally it
will be expensive). If there is no site that carries this lens/coating
for cheaper, what would be the next best (more affordable) thing I
should be looking at, and at what site?

Here's my experience - though I didn't choose fast shipping for any of
the many glasses I ordered for a bit of a research project.

I ordered glasses from Zenni Optical and Eyebuydirect on 11/8. The
Zenni glasses shipped on 11/18 and I received them 11/21. The Eyebuy
direct glasses still haven't shipped.

I ordered glasses from Eyebuydirect on 11/15 and they haven't shipped.

I ordered glasses from Zenni Optical on 11/16 and they haven't
shipped.

I ordered glasses from Goggles4U and LBW Eyewear on 11/17 and they
haven't shipped (though there is no way to check online for LBW so I
can't be positive).

I ordered glasses from Goggles4U on 11/20 and they shipped on 11/23.
That doesn't make much sense to me since I ordered the same lenses as
the earlier order, but who knows.

There's always Lenscrafters if you really want glasses fast.

If you're looking for speed, your best bets are to stay with companies
that do fulfillment in North America. 39 Dollar Glasses and Coastal
Contacts are your choices.

Both have an affordable expedited shipping option. Depending on your
prescription and lens options, you could have your glasses within a
week.

Is Eyebuydirect also located in North America? I know they probably
aren't the one to order from right now because of the sale if you need
something fast. I'm just wondering where their factory is. Thanks!

I placed orders at Zenni and 39dollarglasses on the same day. They
both arrived in the mail on the same day. It was 10 days for each of
them to Canada.

They're not. They have an office here, but they manufacture in China.
