Create merge request from command-line using mechanize

Hello all,

For automating the proccess of creating merge request in gitorious' repositories I've create

a ruby script using mechanize to login and create a new merge request.

For usage and source, checkout https://github.com/brauliobo/gitorious-merge-request

Now with a gem and able to delete and show a merge request
