Merge Request error when trying to show diffs

We have a merge request that has been requested, but when we go to view the
Commit differences we get:
An error has occured. Please try again later.
Any pointers on how to resolve this?

Pull over git uses the wrong path after upgrade

Dear all,
I'm experiencing a strange problem after upgrading an old (2011) Gitorious
installation to a new one (installed as per getgitorious.com).
I managed to transfer all of my repositories using some rsync magic, and
now cloning, pushing and pulling over SSH work fine, but using the git://
protocol only works for new repos.

Using Windows 7.
Months ago I started getting the latest and greatest from fg/fgdata, and it
has been working fine.
I set it up by creating the folder structure and then using
git init
git pull --depth 1 git://gitorious.org/fg/fgdata master
To update I used
git pull git://gitorious.org/fg/fgdata
Worked for months. Now, suddenly, it wants to pull the entire 3.2GB,

In my old version, under any project, I was able to create a repository
with the name "project",
In the new version I am able to create the repository with the name

I am running a local installation of gitorious in EC2 VM (small VM), two
days ago it started to throw the below error when trying to execute 'npm
install' to checkout dependency from that private gitorious repository.

Is it possible to do wildcard searches in an own Gitorious
installation? How?

My problem is that Gitorious does not seem to find partial matches in
titles.
When searching for "tools", it does not find repository "foo_tools".

I followed the useless instructions in greek on the gitorious site and got
absolutely nowhere. I hate git. It's evil, useless and should be stricken
from all existance.
Git says to checkout the repository under master, then create the new
server as origin to push to. Then it says to push it. But all I ever get is:
