Feature Request: Configuration option to allow automatic publishing of release and hotfix branches

In most development teams you'd expect that everyone contributes to a
release and other to a hotfix. As a result you very often want to
publish and track release and hotfix branches. It would be great if
there were two features:

1. a command line option 'git flow release start version -p' that
automatically pushed the release branch to origin
2. a global setting so that turns the push option on by default.

Similarly for hotfix.
Thoughts?
