Hey, I'm interested in getting ghh going and archiving my homedir on
an Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty laptop. Is there any new development going on

Hi, I just using git-home-history for couple of hours and I like it. I have a situation which I can't figure out how to solve that. I'm gonna sync my home workspace with office machine so I just thought if clone already initialized/commited home directoy to I'll be able to push changes from there to origin repository. but it seems I can't.... more »

Hi, I'm trying to build ghh on Mac OS X 10.5.2, and I have no intention of using the Gnome GUI. Is it currently possible to build git-home- history without installing gnome-common? Thanks, JD

I tinkered a little bit with ghh and like it very much. It seems that
I will use it permanently!
For easier installation on my computer I've made a Debian package. The
package has still some rough edges, which will be probably fixed after

I googled for a backup solution for my home directory and found ghh.
It does look very nice!
Sadly there was a installation problem with the current version from
git which prevents me from using it on my computer with Debian Lenny.
