git cola v1.7.6 released

There's lots of great features in the new version, many requested
directly by users, so please give it a whirl.

The download page on http://git-cola.github.com/ hasn't been updating
(I've contacted github about it) so our best bet is to go to the
project download page for now (or pull from git):
