I created a personal geodatabase and MXD file for the Forest Service. The
district that needs the data does not have ArcGIS 10, but needs to work
with the data soon. Is there a way to convert back into the legacy format
for ArcGIS 9.3? Both the MXD and the MDB file need to be converted, they
report that they cannot open up the MXD or add layers from the MDB and add
layers.

I am familiar with using Toolbox-Data Management Tools -Database-Upgrade
Geodatabase to convert 9.3 into 10, but have not been able to find a way to
help out a legacy user. Help, GISCO-wan, you are our only hope!
