Subject: Historic municipal boundaries - digitized to shape files?
Hi--

I am working on a project analyzing spatial patterning in demographic
characteristics along the front range from 1970 to 2000.

I would like to be able to overlay census tract boundaries on polygons
representing the official municipal boundaries of various cities/towns
in the front range corridor, roughly Castle Rock to Ft Collins.  I can
do this for circa 2000 using the municipal boundary files available
from DRCOG.  I'd like to know if any users are aware of municipal
boundary files that have been digitized for circa 1970 -- 1980, and if
so, who to contact about using them.

Thanks for your assistance!
