I spent some time in Decatur, IL this week speaking in front of several civic groups as well as on their Talk Radio station AM 1340. My focus was the impact that infrastructure has on the regional economy and regional sustainability. We need to improve the network infrastructure if we really want to create good jobs in Illinois.
