Subject: Gilt API approval process

Hi,

I signed up for a Gilt developer account and for the Gilt Affiliate program
last week. At the end of the sign up process , there was a note saying that
my account will be looked into and approved in 24-48 hrs. However I
haven't had any communication with the Gilt API team or the affiliate
program. I do have an API key though.
My question is Can i start developing my application or should i wait for
some sort of communication form Gilt ?

--Thanks
Abhijith.

Hi Abhijith,

You should have been approved already. Can you double-check your email account's "spam" folder to make sure it didn't end up in there somehow, and if you're still having trouble, send us an email at a...@gilt.com?

Thanks,
Casey Kolderup

I also signed up for API, applied for relationship on cj and emailed
giltgro...@cj.com that I am an API developer on  Fri, Apr 27, 2012 at
4:10 PM and so far I only got API key and no approval on cj.com. There
is no spam email in my gmail account and my relationship in cj listed
as Pending Applications.

Hi,

The CJ approvals are done periodically by a person in our marketing group
who handles Affiliate Marketing for all affiliates, developers and
non-developers. We ask that you remain patient; I'm sure she'll approve
things when she has time to process the pending affiliate requests. If you
haven't heard anything by this weekend then I'd recommend sending another
email to giltgro...@cj.com.
