what is the youngest age to test if your child is really gifted? And
what kind of testing is done?

I have a 2 year old who is very eager to read! He knows his alphabet
and is beginning to sound out the letters. does anyone have
experience with any of the phonetic reading programs on the market, or
any other reccomendations for teaching reading?
