Is it possible to get test coverage results from GHunit that can be
read by coverstory

AFAIK yes, there's nothing that should prevent test coverage data from being collected. GHUnit however can't collect this data itself. You need to run your test suite with gcov or something similar to get coverage data. Since OSX 10.6 the corresponding XCode version ships with it and has GUI Integration.

Give it a try, would be nice to hear if it works for you.
