Asynchronous tests cases timeout instantly when attempting to access torn down singeltons in another test

I'm running into this issue where random asynchronous test cases will
timeout instantly if another test attempts to access a torn down singleton
while tearing down.
For example
*MySingelton *:
__strong MySingelton *sharedInstance = nil;
+ (MySingelton *)sharedInstance {
return sharedInstance;
+ (void)setSharedInstance:(MySin gleton *)sharedSingelton {

are you sure the line looks like this:

return UIApplicationMain(argc, argv, nil, @"GHUnitIOSAppDelegate");

the undeclared identifier makes me thing you are trying to pass a symbol instead of string.

How to output xml test results when running the GUI on device?

I decided to try GHUnit because my unit tests need some UI elements in
order to pass and GHUnit allows UI testing on iOS.
Now I need to run the tests on device. The only way I could find from your
instructions is to use command line but then the UI doesn't start and my
tests fail (or did I miss something?).

EXC_BAD_ACCESS with GHAsyncTestCase

I'm having a problem with asynchronous tests. Anytime I call
-waitForStatus:timeout: I'm getting EXC_BAD_ACCESS. Here's my code with
the asynchronous calls stripped (the error is thrown whether I make those
calls or not):

Hi All,
I'm newbie to GHUnit. I have couple questions:
1) Do you know GHUnit has feature like Data Provider in TestNG (use 1 test
case with different data feeder from text file or XML file. TestNG treats
every data feeder like a test case) ? If yes, how do i perform it?
2) How do I force 1 test case run prior another test case?

Bulk test web services

Hi,
is it possible to bulk test a bunch of web services? I would like to run 3
different test for each web service I have. 1) Is service live 2) Is it
returning any data 3) Is it returning data valid. I have a lot of services
but they only differ in two things, a) URL and b) "Is returning data valid"

used for future iOS applications. I am trying to setup the project with

Hello,
I am testing a custom AppDelegate within iOS, which is working fine when
run through the GHUnit iPhone simulator. However, when I attempt to run
this test via the command line, I get a linker error.

Hi,
I thought I'd share a small snippet I use for creating test methods in
XCode. I think it would be useful in the future if the setUp_ and tearDown_
would be automatically picked up by the GHUnit framework at the start and
end of the test method.

jenkins < 1.475 (could not find the version but it is pre- 1.475)
yesterday i updated the gh-unit framework and replaced my old (by several months) RunTests.sh script for one of my iOS projects.
in the RunTests.sh i noticed that there was some new launchctl commands around securityd. this new RunTests.sh script worked fine from the terminal and when i started the tests from Xcode. it failed, however, when running on my jenkins server. this is the message i see:
