UI tests from the command line

Thanks to pretz's awesome patch, the latest build for GHUnit (0.4.29) for iOS now let you run UI tests even from the command line.

The test runner now starts from the app delegate (even on from the command line).

I changed the docs to edit the existing main.m instead of using the sample one:


In Tests folder, in Supporting Files, main.m, replace the last argument of UIApplicationMain with @"GHUnitIOSAppDelegate" or @"GHUnitIPhoneAppDelegate".

Maybe its worth adding that file back in (the simplified version).
