haven't had a chance to respond yet. I'm booked solid tomorrow but

Hello everyone,

I received a few questions from folks about whether or not they would
need to return a parental consent form to us since they were 18, 19,
etc. The answer is that it depends. :)

adulthood) in your country of residence as of 27 November, 2007 then
