Hello everyone,
Just a wee update on when/how to submit claims for your GHOP prizes.
- We will provide you with a URL so you can report all your completed
tasks on Thursday, 7 February, and we will that URL as a follow up to
this thread.
- In addition to registering in the online tool, you will need to
submit a parental consent form for your participation in the contest,
which you can either scan and email or fax back to us. ***If we do
not receive your parental consent form we will not be able to send you
your prizes.***
- All claims for prizes *must* be submitted no later that 08:00 UTC on
Friday, 22 February.
As you can imagine, getting together t-shirts, certificates and
American Express cheques for hundreds of students will take us a
while, so we ask for your patience in advance. We'll get these items
shipped out as soon as possible after 22 February and will post to
this list when we have more granular detail on shipping times.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each of our contestants for
their participation and to wish all those of you still finishing up
your tasks the best of luck for your continued success. GHOP has been
an amazingly successful pilot largely due to you, our enthusiastic
students. A shout out also to our wonderful mentors - thank you for
being with us!!
