We are looking for Java Developers at San Ramon, CA.

Position: Java Developer
Location: San Ramon, CA
Please look for Java Developers with telecom domain and LTE skills.
Job Requirements:
• Develop a Software tool to assist in analyzing E2E LTE control plane KPIs, call trace and cause codes and generate performance reports for operation purpose.
• Master’s degree in a technical field, MSCS and MSEE is preferred
• Coding skills in JAVA (J2EE) and PERL, with GUI development background
• Domain knowledge on LTE, call flow, and call trace
• Experience in E2E network management tool development for service providers
• Knowledge on network monitoring probes is a plus
• Familiarity with network protocols for wireline and wireless, e.g., GTP, MAC, PHY, NAS, RRC, S1-MME, SIP, RTP, RTCP, RTCP-XR, etc., is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with existing tools, such as: Wireshark, scripting tools, modeling tools, data parsing tools, etc.
• Experience with UMTS and LTE KPIs, their composition of performance measurements, etc.
