  Seven participants (including two hearty youths) braved the elements &lt;br&gt; for Sunday mornings seawatch and were rewarded with the observance of &lt;br&gt; a Southern Sea Otter as it foraged and fed in the turbulent sea of &lt;br&gt; Lands End. We found it useful to watch for gull activity on the water &lt;br&gt; as a tip off to the feeding otter.

  SEA OTTER! &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;I saw it close to shore off of McNee Ranch State Park, just south of &lt;br&gt; Pacifica, which according to the maps seems to be in the GGNRA &lt;br&gt; legislative boundary--please correct me if I&#39;m wrong on this one. &lt;br&gt; This is the Gray Whale Cove trail that connects to the Montara &lt;br&gt; Mountain trail system.
