Another SEA OTTER was seen by a couple of us working on the Presidio
Coastal Bluffs today (2/20/2008) around noon.  It was rougly off the
northern part of Baker Beach.  A good place to try and look might be
Battery Crosby, a high point where you can scan the waters off the
Presidio.  Bring binoculars and be on the look out for a fuzzy headed
creature.  Plentiful Harbor Seals and Harbor Porpoises and birds out
there too, so make sure you're looking at the real deal.
