Installing gevent 1.0rc2 on OSX (Mountain Lion) with:

$ pip install cython -e git://github.com/surfly/geven...@1.0rc2#egg=gevent

The response is:

Requirement already satisfied (use --upgrade to upgrade): cython in /usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages

Followed by the identical Issue 258 at:

https://github.com/surfly/gevent/issues/258

Any idea what the solution to the install problem is?
