Is it possible to hide all past&future instances of a given error? e.g. I
want to hide template not found errors.

It's explicitly not because we want to promote not sending the data rather than hiding the data.

Is it possible to filter django errors before they are sent then?

You can add a skip_sentry attribute to the error. Otherwise theres no really good way to filter out messages yet.

This looks like a great idea - I need something like this in a deployment
I'm planning (for Zope and I need to be able to ignore "not found"
exceptions and a few others.) Any word on whether it will be incorporated
into Sentry?
