Does sentry offer plugins for SMS notification on particular events?

I imagine this would be a more than reasonable time for me to improve our base notify plugin so you can restrict what events cause alerts to go out

@Dom, I just published a Twilio plugin. Wanna try it out?

https://github.com/mattrobenolt/sentry-twilio It may or may not work. I have a trial Twilio account and don't really know how computers work anymore. It worked in my limited testing.
