Hi GETM experts,
running my setup on a super computer in runtype=1 I get the following error after less than 1 minute simulation time:
getm: posixio.c:207: px_pgout: Assertion `*posp == ((off_t)(-1)) || *posp == lseek(nciop->fd, 0, 1)' failed.
However, nothing is written in the *stderr files and hence I cannot find the problem.
What does this error message mean?
