Momentum terms ; numerical dissipation

with the support of Kasten and Knut I made two additions to GETM:
1. Numerical dissipation analysis: in a similar way to the numerical
mixing analysis, numerical dissipation due to inaccuracies of the momentum
advection terms is now calculated. This does also work for he option
NO_BAROCLINIC (e.g., the Sylt test case). To enable the analysis, set
save_numerical_analyses = .true. (note that save_mix_analysis is now
save_numerical_analyses).
2. Output of layer-integrated momentum terms: This is now added, and terms
are given for the left hand sides of the momentum equations. To enable
this feature, compile GETM with the compiler option _MOMENTUM_TERMS_.
