What a mixed message I get out of Google on this matter. On one hand, pretty much every operator in Brazil is selling one or more Android devices. Sure, it's a big market and companies are happy to join it. Now, no paid applications.. no Google Checkout either.. and then left out of simple betas like this for absolutely no good reason.
