Precisions on data obtention

Hi,

I'd like to get some precisions about how geoPlugin get Data from
Maxmind.
Here is my problem : I got differences on geolocating an IP , from
light version Maxmind and from geoPlugin.

Maxmind got light version database file, a version with more accuracy,
and a webservice.
I tested on maxmind light version and webservice (demo request), with
the same response.

Geoplugin, supposed to get data from Maxmind, still, give me a
different response.
The IP I checked is 217.109.20.9

Maxmind response : Paris
GeoPlugin response : Taverny

Hi, 

The reason is that Paris was added in the last update. The last update 
was corrupt at the last check (checks are bi-monthly) and so was 
discarded. 

I have manually downloaded the update, which would have occurred in 3 
days automatically, and verified that Paris is indeed correctly 
showing.
