question localisation

Dear All -

Would like to know if it would be possible to use this plugin to,
based on the user's language, load content or redirect to another page
- in such a way that this plugin would be used automatically show the
most appropriate language (ie. Spanish, English, etc.) according to
the user's location.

Usually it's better to use the browser's language or locale I believe,
it's more accurate for language purposes.
