Subject: Abandoned airfield?

Hi,

having noticed that IATA (
http://www.iata.org/ps/publications/pages/code-search.aspx) has no longer
been referencing the RAF Andover (
http://www.geonames.org/7730476/andover-airfield.html) airfield for a
while, I checked on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAF_Andover),
and that POR (point of reference) does not longer seem to be able to
operate aircraft on an "airfield". So, I changed the feature code from
"AIRP" (airport) to "AIRQ" (abandoned airfield). However, that "airfield"
is not abandoned: it has been taken over by the British Army, and
helicopters may even be able to land/take off to/from there.
So, what would be the best feature code describing that place?

Thanks in advance

Kind regards

Denis
