Can anyone tell where i can get the geoname tree free source code?

GeoTree is written in PHP5 with Ajax calls to GeoNames webservices.
I will publish the code under GPL license within 2 weeks after some
debugging.

I like it. Good idea!
I checked my hometown/region. Switzerland/ZH/Horgen (Horgen,
Admin2=106)
The only admin3 displayed is 132 (Hirzel), where are the others?
