Our organization has geocoded 700 new places in Kenya and Uganda that are
not part of the geonames.org collect. How can we import them all at once?

do you just want basic locations, or should I mimic the structure of the
downloaded KE.txt file exactly?

I think for each we have
location name | aliases | lat | long | country | city/region
