publishing geometric algebra papers?

What are some venues for publishing geometric algebra papers? I ask
having written what I think is a nice treatment of the double and N
spherical pendulum ( http://sites.google.com/site/peeterjoot/math2009/multiPendulumSpherical2.pdf
).

My preference would be an open journal of some sort. Since I am not
in school I have no access to all the commercial journals, and
wouldn't be inclined to publish in something not accessible to myself.

Peeter,

Hindawi Publishing Corporation has a large number of open access
journals. I am considering them for some of my work. Those dealing
with mathematics are at the following web page. Like other open access
journals, the cost to review, edit, and publish is paid by the author,
instead of the reader. This can cost hundreds of dollar/euros/pounds,
and varies by the journal. It helps if you can convince your employer
to pay for it.

Hi Ben,

I no longer rank what I initially thought of attempting to publish as
worthy. While I came up with the approach initially using GA, aided
by the fact that the spherical polar representation was nicely
compact, ripping it out of my final version of my notes on the topic
made things significantly clearer and more compact:

If curious you can compare to the GA version where to get the same end
result. A lot more infrastructure, motivation is required. Some of
the notation is also messier notation (Hermitian matrices instead of
symmetric, scalar grades selection is required, ...)
