Dear colleagues and friends,

Please take note of a new publication the German "green" foundation Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung has out now:

"Geo-Engineerin: is there a Plan(et) B?"

It was written in Feb 2012, so some recent development might be missing. It's for the interested public, thus it simplifies. But should be a good introduction.
