Bottom Bracket oil port replacement?

Gentlemen,

I trust you all know the little oil port on the BB shell of older English bikes.  It looks a lot like a Sturmey Archer hub oiler, but the thread is smaller.  The Sturmey Archer hole is about 1/4" while the BB hole is about half that.

Anyone know where to get one?
