We've had Genshi ported to Python 3 for some time, which is little more effort than running 2to3.
It would be nice to get 0.6 release out at some point which includes the more recent changes that make 2to3 run smoother, if not "official" Py3 support. We're releasing a Py3-only package soon (Concordance) which depends on Genshi, I would rather depend on Genshi as an external package than include our post-2to3 version with our source.
