hi could suggest me some website for microarray data for breast cancer
data that is compatible for GenMAPP , i tried standford but as for the
GenMAPP requirements i not able to get the data

Hello Sridhar,

There are several public repositories of array data. A quick search
for "breast cancer" at two of these sites reveals many datasets that
may be relevant to you.

The format of the data on these sites varies between experiments, some
may be in a format that is close to GenMAPP-compatible (i.e. data
table of all arrays), but none of them will have available that is
ready for GenMAPP analysis. If you proceed to collect any of these
datasets and have specific questions about how to format that dataset
for GenMAPP, please email gen...@gladstone.ucsf.edu for help.
